Dover Bay comes into this quarter-final match-up versus Okanagan Mission as the #2 ranked AAAA team in British Columbia.

Dover Bay came out firing on all cylinders as Frank Linder opened the scoring followed up by an Evan Slater bomb to make it 5-0 Dover early on. OKM answered back with a 4-0 run. It is toe-to-toe mid-way first quarter. The Dolphins slowly started showing their dominance late in the first as the Linder brothers started to put on a show. The youngest, Joe, with 15 first-half points and the elder, Frank, with 10.  OKM is a plucky group and were playing hard, but Dover Bay started to pull away mid to late 2nd quarter.

50-28 Dover Bay at the half.

Dover Bay continued their dominance in the 3rd quarter extending their lead with balanced scoring mostly in transition which featured a monster dunk by the senior Linder.  It's 66-33 midway through the third.  This a solid well balanced and hard working Dolphin squad.

Side note: Currently the top 3 ranked AAAA teams in BC are from the Island - #1 Spectrum, #2 Dover Bay and #3 Oak Bay.  As long as the berths stay the same only two of these teams will make it to the BC's.  What an intense AAAA battle it will be on the Island!

78-45 Dover Bay after 3.  With semi-final match-ups tonight, Dover is playing their bench to rest their starters as much as possible.  They will have a final four match-up with the winner of the Collingwood vs West Van game which will be live-streamed.

Final Score: Dover Bay 86 OKM 63

Player of the Game - #11 Joe Linder - 22pts
