Girls: Argyle vs. Kitsilano Spirit Game

With the “Argyle Piper” mascot and a big crowd on hand for the first Spirit Game this year at Argyle, the stage was set for the game between the Kitsilano Blue Demons and the home team, Argyle Pipers.  Kitsilano’s Dina Sturjic came out strong for her team and kept the game tied at the end of the first quarter.  Argyle came on strong at the end of the first half scoring 14 unanswered points.  A nearly full house on hand helped lead the Pipers to a final score of 68 to 45.   Player of the game, Georgia Swant, led the Pipers in the game and finished with 24 points and 8 steals.
